Internet banking
Register first, then apply for a personal card through your online account. You will receive a card, registered in your name, within 48 hours. To be eligible for our Rabobank Internet Banking you will need to have an All In One account. To arrange access to Rabobank Internet Banking you will need to contact your Rural Manager or contact the Client Services Unit on 0800 500 933 between 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday or +64 4 819 2783 if calling from outside NZ. Step 1: Choose how you’d like to register
a) Online with your BNZ credit card
You’ll need to know:
- the last four digits of your credit card number
- your BNZ customer access number (found on the back of your Eftpos/credit card)
- the closing balance of your last credit card statement
- your credit card limit.
b) On the phone or visit a branch
- Call us on 0800 275 269 or +64 4 924 2424 from overseas (international toll charges apply).
- Visit any branch.
c) Online with your telephone banking PIN
You’ll need:
- your BNZ customer access number (found on the back of your Eftpos/credit card)
- your Telephone Banking PIN.
Step 2: Activate your NetGuard card
